Brief Description

THIS EVENT IS FULLY BOOKED, HOWEVER YOU CAN APPLY TO JOIN THE WAITING LIST. TO APPLY PLEASE VISIT THE APPLY NOW PAGE.

This workshop will enable delegates to understand the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) dimensions as a way of looking at and appreciating differences in response to both imposed and initiated change.  Including how to understand their own reactions and those of others in order to better manage inevitable changes in organisations.  It will also recognise differing motivations and drivers for change and allow delegates to understand differing needs and regrets when experiencing change and to appreciate different reactions to change and ways to support others.

Following an overview of the framework and concepts assessed in the MBTI the workshop will look at type as a way of understanding how personality impacts on the experience of change. Delegates will engage in exercises to understand difference, including the opportunity of identifying behaviours which don’t come naturally.

Using real life examples, delegates will see where an understanding of the MBTI framework has helped people develop their leadership capability, supporting teams to work more effectively together through the change process and explore how leaders can be more effective when driving change through organisations.
